General
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Please arrive on time and ensure your dog has had a chance to relieve themselves before arrival.
- Dogs must be on a leash or in a secure carrier when entering or exiting the premises.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To help us accommodate all clients fairly:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 no-show/cancellation fee.
- This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future service.
Photography & Marketing
- We may take photos or videos of your pet during grooming for use on our website or social media.
- If you do not wish for your pet photos to be featured or displayed, please inform us during your appointment.
The safety of your pet and our staff is paramount. Dogs displaying aggressive, highly anxious, or unsafe behaviour may be refused service or have the grooming session stopped mid-way.
